Diana Hewitson, Senior Project Specialist and Leader of Centre of Excellence, HR at Deakin University

Diana career spans a broad range of roles including; Operational, Leadership, Project & Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion across a wide range of Industry sectors. Deeply passionate about workplace inclusion throughout her career, Diana has held a number of pivotal Diversity & Inclusion roles and an active member of various D&I Executive Committees and Projects.

Diana is currently the Senior Project Specialist at Deakin University, specialising in HR, Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion. Through a range of social media initiatives, events and speaking engagements, Diana continues to shine the spotlight on the topic of workplace Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In a voluntary capacity as Vice President for the Equal Employment Opportunity Network (EEON), Diana further contributes to awareness, acceptance and progress on this critical topic.
