Andi Britt

Andi leads IBM’s European Talent & Engagement Practice, providing human capital management, HR, recruitment outsourcing and organisational change management services to clients. He specializes in IT-led enterprise transformation as well as HR and learning. Andi is a regular speaker and presenter on IBM’s HR research, change management, and mobile, social and cognitive innovation.

Gethin Nadin

Gethin is a psychology graduate who has been helping some of the world’s largest organisations to improve their employee experience and wellbeing for almost two decades. The last 8 years have been spent working as part of the senior leadership team here at Benefex. As a frequent writer and speaker on employee experience and employee wellbeing, Gethin has been featured in The Guardian, The Huffington Post and The Financial Times as well as major HR, Reward and Pensions publications. Gethin is also a regular keynote speaker and guest lecturer at events, and a founding member of the Engage for Success Wellbeing Thought Action Group. He is also listed on the Employee Engagement Powerlist and one of Cardiff Life’s ‘One to Watch In The City’.

In 2018, Gethin published his first book - the 5 star rated Amazon HR bestseller ‘A World of Good: Lessons From Around the World in Improving the Employee Experience’, which has gone on to inspire HR and Reward teams at some of the world’s best-known brands.

Gethin will discuss why designing for an audience of one can help you to create exceptional employee experiences that drive diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.

Adrian is Chief Medical Officer at Healix International, a provider of international medical, security and travel assistance services. The organization works with multi-national corporations, NGOs and governments around the world to provide medical, security and travel assistance and help to fulfill duty of care obligations.

Ryan Tahmassebi

Ryan is Director of People Science at Hive and a highly experienced Business Psychologist and the Director of People Science at Hive - an employee feedback platform and strategic partner.

In his role at Hive, Ryan steers thought around people analytics and leads Hive’s team of People Scientists, who work alongside businesses to create high-performing cultures characterised by happy, healthy, and thriving employees.

Bill Banham

Bill Banham is Editor and Publisher at The HR Gazette magazine, Co-Founder of the InnovateWork event series for HR, Talent and Tech pros and President at Iceni Media Inc. He has 13+ years experience in B2B publishing and events. Bill’s previous roles include Editor at HRreview magazine and Marketing Manager at Sprigg, the performance management tech platform.

Rob Catalano is passionate about helping companies succeed – by helping them focus on their employee experience. With his unique experience in HR Technology as a founding employee at Achievers, Rob co-founded WorkTango – software that helps give employees a voice and companies actionable insight. He has recently been named as a 2019 Top Global Employee Engagement Influencer, and is the Canadian Chairperson for The Enterprise Engagement Alliance, with a mandate to lead and help educate corporate, government and not-for-profit management on a formal process for implementing engagement across the enterprise community.
