Join us for the second InnovateWork virtual event as HR, Talent, Tech and C-level pros come together to be educated, engaged, and inspired about innovating in our rapidly changing workplace.
The event is free to attend and, like the in-person summits we've hosted since 2017, we'll present inspiring high-profile speakers and a panel of experts. This time, we'll be presenting a format similar to our meetups - four speakers and more time for Q&A with attendees so get your questions ready!
Our first online event on April 29th received nearly 550 registrations and we're hoping this one will be just as popular! Please share on social media to help us reach more folks.

Colin De France, Founder at MindfulBreath.ca
Colin has a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, minoring in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Guelph. He spent the first 25 years of his working career, as a senior manager, consultant, entrepreneur, and business owner in the food industry.
About 15 years ago, Colin began a journey of self-discovery with an exploration of the practices of meditation and yoga.
Colin has advanced teaching certifications in classical yoga and meditation, and is a certified Thai yoga massage therapist. Teaching mindfulness evolved as a natural extension of his personal practice and formal yoga training.
Colin has conducted mindfulness workshops both publicly and for large and small corporations, as well as running workshops and yoga programs for underprivileged youth in his community. His 8 week mindfulness program and one day workshops are based on the world class Search Inside Yourself program, developed by Google.
In his experience, Colin has learned that is is not so much what we do, how we look, or what we have that impacts the quality of our lives, but rather the level involvement and awareness with which we choose to live.
Mindfulness, meditation and yoga have been a major part of Colin’s journey and success. His mission in life is to share these tools and techniques with as many people as possible.
