Ryan McEleney, SVP, Director HR Analytics and Technology at Webster Bank

Ryan is leading the design and execution of people analytics build at Webster.  In addition to people analytics, he manages HR technology, communication, and operations.  He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

Ryan’s eighteen years of service at Webster Bank include a variety of roles, which has helped shape his passion for how data and technology can reshape HR and the value the function delivers for its people and organization – and how traditional HR practitioners play a critical role in that evolution.  Beginning in the company’s retail business, he entered HR in the learning and talent management and responsibilities in subsequent roles have included managing HR programs, serving as a lead HR partner, and managing incentive compensation.

 

Dean Delpeache, Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition at Fiix Software

Dean Delpeache is the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Fiix Software, where he's responsible for executing the talent acquisition, diversity, and inclusion strategies.

For the last ten years Dean has been focused on talent acquisition and creating frameworks for equity. He is a Consultant to organizations on HR & Diversity practices, and a global conference speaker, delivering talks and workshops to both students and industry professionals. His passions for talent, recruitment, and diversity have led him to become a vocal advocate for creating equitable workplaces. Dean possesses a Masters in Human Resources Management from York University and has completed a Certificate program in Leadership and Inclusion from Centennial College.

 

Debbie Plager, Chief Talent Officer at HUB International

Debbie is the Chief Talent Officer at HUB International. She and her team are accountable for designing and driving the employee experience, culture, and building organizational capability around diversity, equity, and inclusion. As an OD practitioner, Debbie is a systems thinker who is also a self-described “talent nerd”.

 

Gregg Brown, Keynote Speaker, Author and Founder at Change Ready Leadership

Gregg is the author of the best-selling book 'Ready... Set... Change Again!: Take Control of Change Before It Takes Control of You'. He travels extensively helping individuals and organizations develop resilience, and ultimately create opportunities to drive positive change that bring results.

Gregg works with lots of Fortune 500 companies, as well as the public and not-for-profit sectors. He inspires audiences to break out of status quo change management thinking, and discover people-centric approaches that actually work. He has been featured on CTV’s The Social and Global News, referred to as the “fixer” by Newstalk 1010 – I Heart Radio, and has been published in prestigious media such as Entrepreneur and Thrive Global.

 

Kelly Main, Global Talent Management at Trimble

Kelly leads Global Talent Management at Trimble, a highly decentralized global company with nearly 12,000 people across 50 countries. She has responsibility for performance, engagement, employee value proposition, diversity and inclusion - to name a few. The most energizing part of Kelly's job is trying to get all of the parts working as a whole. For example, how we have performance conversations can impact employee engagement and employees' sense of inclusion. If we effectively live our employee value proposition, performance and engagement can rise. And one way we drive diversity and inclusion is to infuse everything we do in Talent Management with the lens and prioritization of diversity, equity and inclusion. A very close second highlight of Kelly's job is working with an exceptional, global HR team.

 

 

Bill Banham, Co-founder at InnovateWork

He has recently been named as a 2019 Top Global Employee Engagement Influencer, and is the Canadian Chairperson for The Enterprise Engagement Alliance, with a mandate to lead and help educate corporate, government and not-for-profit management on a formal process for implementing engagement across the enterprise community. He is an avid hockey and volleyball player, traveller, and in his own terms a ‘pointaholic’ – he collects loyalty points for everything and anything!
